His ability to increase operational efficiency and productivity through relationship-building, targeted reforms, constructive recruiting and management practices, and alignment with company culture and shareholder interests has been instrumental in his success.

Throughout his career, Cade has made significant contributions to the tech industry. He played a key role in launching one of Shopify's leading Sales Channels and developed a new space in eCommerce known as Cross-Store Selling. Additionally, he was a founding member of a growing $100m+ technology business.
